Regular Quadrennial Session of the Idaho Conference of Seventh-day Adventists®, Inc.
Notice is hereby given that the 54th Regular Session of the Idaho Conference of Seventh-day Adventists is called to convene on Sunday, September 22, 2019 at Gem State Adventist Academy, beginning at 9:30 a.m. Mountain Time. Delegates elected by their churches will receive a packet of information (which they should bring with them) during the month of August.
The purpose of the meeting is to elect the Board of Directors members, Articles & Bylaws Committee members, Board of Education members, officers, departmental directors, review bylaws changes, and for the transaction of such other business as may properly come before the session. Delegates for this session will be appointed one for each church and one additional delegate for each twenty (20) members or major fraction thereof.

Delegates elected by their churches and delegates at large (those who are delegates by reason of employment, members of the Board of Directors and the Articles and Bylaws Committee, and others as indicated in the Bylaws) will receive a packet of information that they are to bring with them to the constituency session. That packet will arrive between July 24, 2019 and September 1, 2019, as early in the time period as possible.
The Nominating Committee will meet on Sunday, August 25, 2019, beginning at 10:00 a.m. Mountain Time, at the Meridian Adventist Church, 1855 N Black Cat Rd, Meridian, Idaho. The Nominating Committee will make recommendations to the delegates of the constituency session regarding the officers and departmental directors of the conference, the membership of the Board of Directors, the Board of Education and the Articles and Bylaws Committee. A packet will be sent to each member of the Nominating Committee as soon as possible after the composition of the committee is complete. Each Nominating District needs to select their representative and send that name to the conference no later than July 22, 2019.
