How can you #LiveLikeDoss? Desmond Doss's courage and faith in the most difficult situations is inspiring. Please share personal stories and photos of how you and/or your friends are part of the #LiveLikeDoss community on social media: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram. Let's generate a lot of authentic stories and images of people who have stood for their personal convictions and made the "higher choice." These individuals may have chosen to sacrifice being loved by others in order to stay true to their self, like Desmond did during the war.
Complementing the debut of "Hacksaw Ridge"* and the telling of the story of Adventist Desmond Doss, It Is Written will be presenting a special three-part series on the life of this World War II hero. Join Pastor John Bradshaw as he visits Doss' memorial and interviews those who knew and loved him, and be inspired by Doss's heroism and faith in God. This special series will air Sundays at 11:30 a.m. ET, starting Nov. 6; and will also be repeated throughout the week. Watch on Hope Channel: DirecTV368; Roku; Hope Channel app; and streaming online. *Please note that the movie is rated R for war violence.
